MM Sales and Lettings was the first residential letting agency concentrating purely on the residential letting market in Hythe and the Waterside area.
MM Sales and Lettings was founded by Mrs Maureen McDowall in 1984. Maureen started out her career as an estate agent in Hythe and, having been frequently asked about property management, she decided to branch into letting for the Southampton area, specialising in Hythe. MM Sales and Lettings was born soon after.
We are a friendly team, dedicated to our clients, who truly believe in excellent customer service. We shape our approach to suit each person’s individual needs, which is one of the reasons our clients keep coming back.
